Positions
Behavior Technicians
Our Registered Behavior Technician’s (RBTs) work one to one providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy with children diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism. As an RBT you will assist with communication skills, promote social skills development, support academic skills, facilitate functional skills, and so much more!

Family Support Center offers paid training, advancement opportunities, weekly supervisions, advancement opportunities, and a levels system where you define your goals and career path.
​
Minimum requirements: Applicants must be 18 years of age, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or national equivalent and be able to pass a background check.
Behavior Analyst Candidate Program
Whether you find your passion in ABA while working as an RBT or are already in a BCBA education program, we can offer you in/direct supervision as a senior RBT and put you on a track to move into a BCBA or BCaBA position after you pass your board exam.

Candidates will have access to over a dozen BCBAs & BCaBAs who have a variety of experience levels and specialties – all of whom are willing to share, supervise, and mentor a candidate. We also provide hands on experience in a training and research based environment. While in the program you will be able to obtain both restricted and unrestricted supervision hours required by the BACB.
Behavior Analysts
The Behavior Analysts (BCBAs & BCaBAs) supervise a case load of clients, including writing and managing behavior programs, provide supervisory feedback to RBTs and BCBA candidates.

Our Behavior Analysts can choose from multiple locations offering growth opportunities for those looking to advance their career. We offer routine supervision and a support system of peers and management to maximize your clinical expertise.

Minimum Requirements: Current National BCBA or BCaBA licensed professional with the ability to be credentialed with a number of private, commercial, and other third-party insurances (TriCare, Anthem, etc).
Therapy
The therapy team (SLPs & OTs) supervise a case load of clients, including writing and managing care plans, provide supervisory feedback to RBTs and coordinate care with BCBAs.

Therapists can choose from multiple locations offering growth opportunities for those looking to advance their career.
